Fitness & Fun Class for Preschoolers (ages: 2ish to 4ish)
Saturday, 10:00 am – 10:45 am.
$10 drop-in
4 Pak $35 – prepaid
8 Pak $70 – prepaid
1400 sq. ft of super clean mats.
Parents are welcome to participate on the mat.
Bring water.
Dress code: Soft pants, t-shirt, bare feet, long hair tied back, clean hands & feet, nails trimmed (fingers & toes).
Our age-appropriate curriculum is designed to facilitate ongoing skill development and maximum fun.
Kids will learn:
body awareness ~ balancing ~ group interaction ~ eye-hand/eye-foot coordination ~ exploration of movement ~ the difference between left and right ~ social skills ~ to follow instructions on the mat.
Coach Kaleigh says,
“We provide a fun, safe environment for kids that are a bit too young to start martial arts
but want to get familiar with being on the mat. We incorporate, rolls, stretching, a weekly skill, a group game and music.
Through movement and rolling on the mats, we foster independence, creativity & self-confidence, skill development & fun.
